DESCRIPTION
The Calatrava Weekly Calendar 5212A-001 combines the understated elegance of the Calatrava with an innovative weekly calendar mechanism. The round stainless-steel case features a distinctive two-tier construction with refined lugs, while the silvery opaline dial provides a sophisticated backdrop for its unusual and expressive typography. The numerals and letters used for the calendar indications were specially created in a handwritten style, giving the dial a personal and almost diary-like character.
In addition to the central hours, minutes and seconds, the watch displays the day of the week, the current week number and its corresponding month. The date is presented through an aperture at 3 o'clock. This unusual combination of indications makes the 5212A-001 both highly functional and visually distinctive.
